Q: Does the Assembly stand for the prayers that follow the responsorial psalms which follow each of the readings during the Liturgy of the Word, or do the people and people remain seated while these prayers are proclaimed?

A: The Missal says at no. 23 of the Easter Vigil that after the psalm, “all rise” before the priest says “Let us pray.” That applies each time.
