Q: After the proclamation of the Gospel, we sing an “Alleluia, Alleluia, Alleluia” reprise of the Gospel acclamation. Permitted? Thank you for your assistance.

A: Well, it’s not in the rubrics anywhere. But the Vatican does it at the pope’s Easter Vigil mass every year. I don’t think it’s a regular practice there, but it is occasionally done. That may be a better practice to observe.
