Corporal and Extraordinary Communion Minister Duty

Q:  Are we required to use a corporal when visiting Hospital rooms and the hospital chapel when praying a brief liturgy and offering communion?

A:  HCWEMOM 19 calls for a corporal when communion is administered outside Mass at a church or oratory, and a cloth on a table elsewhere.

In hospital rooms, this is often impractical—as is the lighting of candles, which no. 19 also advises.
