The entrance ceremony at a Catholic school here in Japan falls on Wednesday of Holy Week. Would it be permissible to celebrate a special Mass to commemorate this occasion?

However, the homily could be about the importance of the school as the Church meditates on the Paschal Mystery, as well as special petitions in the Universal Prayer. It could even include a blessing of teachers and students from the Book of Blessings. Some of the music also could reflect the occasion.
