Entrance Procession

Q: When there are concelebrants in the entrance procession, do they go in front of or behind the deacon carrying the book of the gospels?

A: Behind. After the servers enter, then comes the deacon with the book. Concelebrants enter two by two behind him and before the principal celebrant. My response is based on the description of the entrance procession in the Ceremonial of Bishops, 128.
