Incense prior to the gospel

In Paul Turner's Blog by Paul Turner

Q:  When we bring the incense to the Celebrant prior to the gospel, if the Celebrant is a bishop, he remains sitting down, but if the Celebrant is the Priest, is the Priest to sit or stand to put incenses in the thurible?

A:  Before the gospel, the bishop sits to impose incense, but a priest stands. In both cases when the deacon requests the blessing, he is to bow – not kneel – before the bishop or the priest.
