Q: Do we need any license or permission to sing the English Chant for the Ordinary Parts of the Mass (i.e. the Gloria, Lamb of God, etc.) from the Roman Missal for livestreaming?

A: ICEL and the USCCB and the Confraternity on Christian Doctrine have all waived permission requirements for prayers and readings in both English and Spanish to allow dioceses to livestream masses during this time as social distancing measures are implemented.
