Q: Our bishop and the liturgical commission did something different for the Rite of Election … instead of a “greet the bishop” experience at the cathedral, he had the pastors do the rite in their parishes … The bishop scheduled mystagogy Masses during the early part of the Easter season in order to celebrate the Eucharist with as many of the newly initiated as possible.
