Q: A mother, baptized Episcopalian, would like to make her Profession of Faith, Confirmed, and receive First Communion at the Mass when her daughter is baptized. Can this be done?

A: We have no specific ritual for it, but I’d argue that it can be done. The RCIA allows the Rite of Reception to be combined with the rites of adult baptismal initiation. I’d probably look to the appendix there for inspiration.
