Tabernacle doors

In Paul Turner's Blog by Paul Turner

Q:  At the Easter Vigil, does tabernacle remain empty and doors open until after communion or are doors shut beforehand?  I’ve been looking through “Glory in the Cross” as well as the Roman Missal but  haven’t found an answer. Can you enlighten me?

A:  I usually leave the tabernacle doors open throughout the mass, and close them after I place the extra consecrated breads there after communion.
