Wedding on All Saints

In Paul Turner's Blog by Paul Turner

Q:  Can a Catholic wedding take place on All Saints Day, November 1?

==

A:  Yes, they are permitted. But if it includes mass, the mass will be that of All Saints Day. The easiest way to think of this is that the mass parts come from the missal, and the wedding parts come from the Order of Celebrating Matrimony. Readings will be those of All Saints. The wedding will include the creed.
