Concelebrant

Q: My bishop is coming on Sunday for Mass. I presume he is the presider and I am a concelebrant.  Is the bishop technically a con-celebrant too as well as the presider?

A: No, the bishop is the presider. Even when a priest presides, a presider is not called a concelebrant.
