Rite of Election in the Parish

Q:  In a post from early March, you mentioned that you though that the Rite of Election should be celebrated in the parish.  Can you elaborate?  Seeing the “whole church” come together has a big impact on catechumens.  Mystagogy  masses have not been very well attended for us.
