Is it acceptable to include devotions to St Joseph during Exposition as a way of celebrating the Year of Saint Joseph ? or would it need to be a Holy Hour in his honour without the exposed Sacrament ?

The faithful may spend the time during exposition of the Blessed Sacrament with pious exercises, including the rosary. It would be fine to include devotions to St. Joseph as long as the entire period of adoration remains focused on the real presence of Christ. A proper balance can be achieved by including biblical readings about Christ and the Eucharist, for example.
