Titular Saint of a school

In Paul Turner's Blog by Paul Turner

Q:  Regarding to your post on proper solemnity, is the day that honours the titular Saint of a school also celebrated as a Solemnity, with all the liturgical implications?

A:  No, the titular saint applies only to the title of a dedicated church. You could argue that the saint’s name of a school falls under 11a in the Table of Liturgical Days, a proper memorial because of the secondary patronage.
