Q: We have a couple who is scheduled to be married on November 1st of this year.
The groom is not baptized, so it will not be a Mass. Since it is not a Mass, is it correct that they can choose their readings? What prayers would be used?

A: You are correct that outside Mass, any readings from the wedding lectionary may be chosen.
The priest or deacon should use Chapter III in the OCM for marriage between a Catholic and an unbaptized person. It has quite a few changes to the regular wedding, in consideration to all those in attendance who may be non-Christian.
I have a commentary on it in my book Inseparable Love.
